Drill holes, faster with more accuracy

Walter Tools has introduced the DC160 X∙treme Evo Advance solid-carbide universal drill. It has a deeper and larger chip gash at the point, requiring less torque and feed force. This also moves the second margin forward, allowing it to engage sooner and improving true position of the hole. The four-margin drill provides improved stability in uneven entrances and exits, as well as cross holes or interruptions. The new drill can be used with or without internal coolant, depending on size. In this video we hear from Walter and Joe Reynolds about this new tool.
