We have a New SwissNano 7 from Tornos available with immediate delivery from our showroom stock. The machine comes with the following options, but can be adapted with additional options to suit your individual requirements.
- Tool plates for main operations to give 7 positions for turning, threading, grooving, part off etc…
- S21 drive for driven tools in main operations
- 2 driven spindles for cross drilling, milling and tapping
- 4 end working position for drilling, turning, taping in main operations
- C axis on Main and counter spindles
- 4 stationary tool holders in counter operations for turning, drilling tapping
- S51 drive for driven tools in counter operations
- Integrated motor spindles giving fast acceleration and deceleration times
- 15,000rpm on the main spindle (2.9kw)
- 16,0000rpm on the counter spindle (1.5kw)
- 3m LNS Tryton barfeeder
- TISIS programming software
- Fire suppression system
