EcoCvelox offers a highly flexible, modular solution for cost-efficient, high-pressure waterjet deburring and cleaning in a single procedure.

Key features:

·   Combined high-pressure waterjet deburring with different low-pressure cleaning processes

·   Compact system with integrated highly dynamic linear transport system

·   Individually configurable and process-dependent expandable modules

·   For machining components up to 200 x 200 x 200 mm

·   Cycle times of only 15 seconds per pallet

·   High-pressure waterjet deburring with single spindle or high-pressure turret with up to five different tools

·   CAD/CAM interface can be integrated for simple and fast programming of the deburring module

·   Component cleaning by means of injection flood washing, spraying, targeted rinsing and ultrasound

·   Component drying with high-speed air blowing and/or vacuum drying

·   The system can be loaded automatically with a gantry or with a robot as well as manually

·   Optionally with one-sided or opposite loading and unloading
