MTDCNC’s Rowan Easter-Robinson is at the TORNOS factory in Switzerland with David Dunn from Premier Machine Tools. David shares all the details about their most impressive, compact footprint machine that offers a very high output from well-utilized floor space. An upgrade from earlier versions, the SwissNano 10 offers bigger bar capacity and a longer stroke with a workpiece length of up to 100 mm. Suitable for industries like medical, aerospace, automotive and micromechanics, the machine comes with more driven tool capability to enable one-hit operations for completed parts. It offers endless configuration options for gear hobbing, thread whirling, polygon turning, and more.
