Chloe & Tom from MTDCNC visit DGF Engineering in Hertfordshire for Swarf & Chips. DGF Engineering are your classic British subcontract machine shop. Founded in 2005 they have a range of lathes & machining centres producing a wide range of parts in many different types of materials. DGF have recently invested heavily in a new Dugard SMEC SL2000M lathe with driven tooling and several MIcroLoc work holding systems for their Haas machining centres. These additions have allowed DGF to produce higher quality parts in shorter times, they also have a measuring room with a CMM to allow them to prove part consistency.
