AXI series, the next generation Steady Rest

A fully Hydraulic Steady Rest solution from Atling and supplied by Brown and Holmes to provide a complete solution to fit and integrate into your machine tool.

The Atling AXI range have an internal cylinder giving a very compact solution compared with alternative suppliers, meaning a Hydraulic Steady Rest application that might have been too large for your machine tool can now be accomodated with the compact AX unit.

In addition to the compact size, the Atling range gives a larger working range for the unit size, meaning you can now maximise your workpiece size.

The AX range has thro’ coolant to the rollers as standard and includes various lubrication options to suit the machine tool integration.

Swing Away Arm comes in AX and AXI series

The swing arm capabilities of the AX range can easily be added with change out parts, meaning your current AX Steady Rest can be adapted to either top arm, bottom arm or both to aid component loading.
