Zoomlion Expands Presence in Thailand with Eighth Service Center Opening

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., a leading global manufacturer of advanced equipment, has officially opened its eighth service center in Thailand, further solidifying its market presence in the region. The grand opening event, held in Phitsanulok, was a significant milestone in Zoomlion’s strategy to deliver high-quality, efficient services to local customers.

Established in 2015, Zoomlion’s Thailand subsidiary now operates eight service centers across the country, including locations in Bangkok, Nakhon Ratchasima, Chiang Mai, and more. The Phitsanulok center further strengthens Zoomlion’s ability to provide prompt and efficient service to its customers.

Each service center is equipped with 4-5 service engineers, 2-3 service vehicles, and a comprehensive inventory of spare parts. This infrastructure enables service personnel to arrive within 1-2 hours of a customer request and resolve issues within 24 hours. In cases where a problem cannot be resolved within three days, a replacement machine is provided.

The event drew over 150 distinguished guests, including representatives from local government, construction and road contractors, and industry professionals. Attendees were treated to an impressive display of Zoomlion’s latest machinery, including cranes, concrete mixers, excavators, mining trucks, industrial vehicles, and tractors.

Gan Mengfei, General Manager of Zoomlion’s Thai subsidiary, highlighted the strategic importance of the new service center. The opening of this center enhances response capabilities and service quality in the region. Customers now have access to a wider range of products and superior after-sales services.
