CERATIZIT Group has promoted Troy Wilt to the position of Managing Director of CERATIZIT USA, Cutting Tools Division. Previously serving as the company’s National Sales Manager, Wilt brings over 30 years of industry experience and a proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles.
“Since joining our team, Troy has played a pivotal role in CERATIZIT’s continued growth in the U.S. market,” said Dan Cope, President of the Americas for CERATIZIT. “His strategic vision and deep industry knowledge have been instrumental in building strong customer relationships, which is exactly the kind of leadership that will build on our current success.”
Wilt’s career began in 1989 at a cutting tools distributor, where he spent nine years gaining invaluable industry knowledge. In 1998, he transitioned to a sales position with a major cutting tool manufacturer, where his success in expanding the customer base led to the territory being split three times within five years. He eventually advanced to sales management, driving growth across multiple regions.
In 2015, Wilt took on the responsibility of managing a global aerospace OEM, gaining international experience and further expanding his expertise in the cutting tool industry. He joined CERATIZIT in 2021 and has been a key contributor to the company’s growth in the U.S. market ever since.
