The machine bed, a critical component of the RXP601DSH, is constructed using EPUMENT® mineral casting, known for its remarkable vibration-damping properties. Engineered in two sections (upper and lower), the machine bed achieves unprecedented stability through RAMPF’s special joining technology, which eliminates the need for costly machining.
The mineral casting material also ensures the machine bed maintains high precision and durability over time, making it ideal for the high-performance demands of modern machining.
