Nissan Launches State-of-the-Art Training Facility in Chennai to Enhance After-Sales Support!

Nissan Motor India has inaugurated the Nissan Academy, its first nationwide training facility, at the Alliance JV factory in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This facility aims to upskill dealership and service personnel across India, ensuring a higher standard of customer service and after-sales support throughout Nissan’s extensive network.

Spanning 10,500 square feet, the Nissan Academy can train more than 1,000 technicians annually, focusing on a range of skills including sales, technical repairs, and body shop services. By investing in advanced training programs, Nissan ensures its personnel are equipped to handle the latest automotive technologies and deliver consistent service excellence.

The academy boasts a modern mechanical workshop for practical training in car maintenance, diagnostics, and aggregate overhauling. It also features a highly developed body shop, providing resources and contingents for complete body maintenance, teaching, and repair. These facilities are designed to provide hands-on training to enhance the technical skills of service technicians.
