Nikon Advanced Manufacturing Inc., headquartered in Belmont, California, has announced the addition of three esteemed professionals—The Honorable James (Hondo) Geurts, Brett T. Williams, and Robert E. Bruck—to its Nikon AM Synergy Board of Directors. These strategic appointments are set to reinforce the company’s focus on meeting the critical needs of the defense, space, and energy sectors, while advancing its mission to lead in the field of advanced manufacturing.
James (Hondo) Geurts brings over three decades of leadership experience in the national security sector. His expertise lies in rapidly fielding emerging technologies and scaling innovative solutions, honed during his service in the U.S. Navy, U.S. Special Operations Command, and the U.S. Air Force. Geurts’ ability to deliver cutting-edge advancements in technology will be a valuable asset as Nikon AM Synergy expands its operations in critical industries.
Brett T. Williams joins the board with extensive experience in cybersecurity, organizational leadership, and operational strategy. A combat-experienced F-15 fighter pilot, Williams previously served as the Director of Operations at U.S. Cyber Command. His background in leading complex, multi-disciplinary organizations aligns perfectly with Nikon AM Synergy’s goals of innovation and resilience in advanced manufacturing technologies.
Robert E. Bruck adds over 40 years of experience in semiconductor business development, global supply chain management, and technology commercialization. Having held leadership roles at Intel Corporation and Applied Materials, Bruck is well-versed in aligning advanced manufacturing technologies with industry demands. His expertise in building strong collaborations with governments, universities, and industry consortia will enhance Nikon AM Synergy’s ability to innovate and commercialize cutting-edge solutions.
