Mate Precision Technologies Expands Press Brake Tooling Line with Over 500 New Items!

Mate Precision Technologies has announced the expansion of its press brake tooling line, introducing over 500 new items. These additions aim to enhance the flexibility and efficiency of bending and forming operations, providing solutions for a wide range of manufacturing needs.

The new Amada Fixed Height Style profiles are designed for bending operations involving small production lots and diverse projects. A key feature of these profiles is their consistent height across all punch profiles, which eliminates the need for multiple setups to address uneven heights. Additionally, these profiles reduce the need for frequent adjustments to the safety beam, streamlining operations and improving safety during production.

Mate has also extended its offerings in the Wila Trumpf Style and patented American Precision Style press brake tooling lines. These enhancements include innovative features such as:

  • Rotating supports capable of bending materials up to 40 degrees without marking, improving handling and maintaining material integrity.
  • The CleanBend Wila Trumpf Style tooling, now available in eight sizes, with variable openings ranging from 8 mm to 78 mm.
  • An adjustable variable opening option spanning 40 to 100 mm, offering additional flexibility for intricate bending tasks.

These additions reflect Mate’s ongoing commitment to innovation in press brake tooling, addressing the evolving demands of the manufacturing sector. By expanding its tooling portfolio, Mate enables manufacturers to optimize their production processes, reduce setup times, and achieve precise, high-quality bending results.

The newly expanded press brake tooling line underscores Mate’s dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions for bending and forming applications, ensuring customers have the tools they need to succeed in an increasingly competitive industry.
