Fryer Machining Centers Boost Stability and Precision for High-Performance Operations!

Fryer Machine Systems introduces its TC Series CNC machining centers, designed to deliver unmatched performance, precision, and stability for various high-demand applications. Built on a rugged one-piece base, the TC Series ensures exceptional stability with large weight capacities, handling table loads of over 10,000 lbs. Available with vertical, horizontal, or tilting spindles, the series offers a versatile range of setups to cater to different machining requirements.

Key features include a fixed table with optional 24” or 32” flush rotary tables, making it perfect for heavy-duty applications. The high-torque 40 and 50 taper spindles, paired with available CTS and gearbox, ensure powerful cutting performance. For flexibility, Fryer offers models with Y-axis travel from 24″ to 32″ and X-axis travel ranging from 40” to an impressive 320”. Additionally, a center divider allows for dual-zone manufacturing, making the TC Series ideal for maximizing productivity.

The TC Series machines can also be upgraded to full five-axis operation with a tilting head option, ideal for complex fabrication and mold-making operations. The user-friendly Fryer-Siemens CNC system provides an intuitive setup, eliminating the need for complex programming. Operators can engage in shop-floor programming in conversational mode or rely on G-code programming for high production environments.

With a focus on energy efficiency, the TC Series comes with regenerative drives that help save on electricity, aligning with modern sustainability goals. Each machine is meticulously calibrated with laser and ball bar verification, ensuring top-tier accuracy for production, fabrication, and repair facilities.Designed for maximum reliability and ease of use, Fryer TC machines are built to deliver precision in every cut.
