Ficodis Group Acquires Berliss Bearing Company: Expanding Horizons in the U.S. Market!

Ficodis Group’s recent acquisition of Berliss Bearing Company is a strategic move aimed at expanding its influence in the U.S. market. Berliss, a long-standing company founded in 1932, has built a strong reputation for manufacturing and distributing roller bearings, mechanical seals, and custom-engineered bearing products. This acquisition allows Berliss to extend its product line into Canada, while Ficodis strengthens its presence in the United States, particularly in serving Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The acquisition also marks Ficodis’ second major U.S. deal this year, following the purchase of LNR Tools and Supplies from Long Island, New York.
