The ANCA has established the inaugural Female Machinist Award.

The ANCA has announced the establishment of its first Female Machinist Award, which recognises and honours the accomplishments of female machinists in the tool and cutter grinding sector. ANCA is committed to developing an industry that thrives in all aspects by supporting gender diversity and equality.

The Female Machinist Award is open to women of all skill levels who are actively engaged in the tool and cutter grinding business utilising ANCA technology. According to the organisation, it is looking for people that have an unwavering enthusiasm for their trade, are committed to excellence, and contribute to the progress of the industry.
