Everything robots, service, and support with Michiel at HALTER CNC Automation Open House
What’s it like to be a Service Manager at HALTER CNC Automation? When you’ve got robots…
Practical Workshop Week and Open House at HALTER CNC Automation.
Hoevelaken, 21 April 2022
From 17 to 20 May, HALTER CNC Automation will be holding a Workshop Week, in parallel with an Open House at its German production site in Issum, North Rhine-Westphalia.
One special feature of the personalised workshops offered in the mornings and afternoons is their high degree of practical relevance. Everyone who is interested and has registered for a workshop will be welcomed by a personal contact from HALTER CNC Automation. If you wish, you can bring your own workpieces along to see – live – how their handling can be automated with a HALTER LoadAssistant before and after processing. As part of that, there will also be a demonstration of how simply the robot cells can be configured and operated. Moreover, every visitor to a workshop gets the opportunity to have their own ROI calculated directly on site, to see the profitability of a loading robot in their own company in the future.
HALTER CNC Automation currently offers a total of nine models of its HALTER LoadAssistant with various workpiece buffers for automating CNC turning and milling centres from a variety of manufacturers, including solutions for heavy workpieces. All the models will be present at the event.
“The functionality of a HALTER LoadAssistant will be obvious to our guests at a glance,” promises Wouter van Halteren, CEO of HALTER CNC Automation.
“While the robot loads a machine with blanks at the front or unloads finished parts from there, finished parts deposited at the back can be removed manually and new blanks can be loaded into the workpiece buffer. It’s a simple but well-thought-out automation concept that has played a big role in the huge success of our solutions, together in particular with the intuitive cell control, which doesn’t require any knowledge of robotics.”
For visitors who do not want to take part in one of the workshops, HALTER CNC Automation has organized an Open House during the same period. This will let those guests get to know the company better in a similarly personalized factory tour of the new assembly hall of 2,500 square metres.
Wouter van Halteren will also be giving a presentation every day entitled (in translation) “How small steps on the way to Industry 4.0 can help you benefit more from the reshoring trend”.
Registrations for the Workshop Week and Open House can be made through the HALTER CNC Automation website, : https://www.haltercncautomation.com/events/halter-workshop-week-open-house
