BTX Precision is excited to announce the successful acquisition of Addison Precision Manufacturing (APM), marking its first acquisition of…
Kays Engineering has introduced the Eldorado M75-30 gundrilling machine, featuring innovative counter-rotation technology to significantly improve drilling accuracy and tool life. This state-of-the-art machine is designed to hold the workpiece and rotate it in the opposite direction of the gundrill, enhancing precision and efficiency during the drilling process. The machine’s robust gear motor assembly ensures reliable performance and durability.
The Eldorado M75-30 supports a maximum gundrilling diameter of 0.75 inches (19 mm) and a drilling depth of up to 30 inches (762 mm). Its box way design offers superior vibration damping, which extends tool life and improves the surface finish of drilled components. This makes the machine particularly suitable for high-precision applications in industries such as aerospace and automotive.
Additionally, Kays Engineering’s DeHoff 518 Cell gundrilling machine is optimized for high-volume production, featuring multiple spindles to balance the drilling of different diameter holes, enhancing both throughput and accuracy.
