The Most Dynamic and Ambitious Edition Yet in Terms of Technology, Solutions, and Innovation

BIEMH, the International Machine-Tool Biennial, is entering the final stretch of its preparations, with 1,461 confirmed exhibitors from 29 countries, including Germany, Italy, Portugal, the USA, Japan, and Taiwan, showcasing over 3,000 products and services. This 32nd edition, held from June 3-7 at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre, will focus on large machinery in operation across six halls.

New Features and Activities

This year introduces a dedicated area for robotics, automation, and digitalisation, alongside the Robot Demo area showcasing cutting-edge innovations.

BIEMH will also feature a rich programme of activities, including:

  • BIEMH Talks: International experts will provide insights on industry trends and future projections through conferences, keynotes, workshops, and round tables.
    • Digital Talks (June 4): Focus on 4.0 technologies for digital transformation.
    • Automation & Robotics Talks (June 5): Presenting new developments in robotics and automation.
    • Additive Talks (June 6): Discussing challenges and success stories in additive manufacturing.

20th Anniversary of the Bilbao Exhibition Centre

This April, BEC celebrated its 20th anniversary. Over two decades, BEC has hosted 3,172 events with nearly 19 million participants, establishing itself as a premier venue for socio-economic development in the Basque Country.
