To compete with global aerospace manufacturing businesses, DPF Engineering in Carlow, Ireland, has invested in advanced 5-axis machine tools supported by EROWA automation. Previous experience with workholding from the Swiss company proved the accuracy levels at just 2 micron, while the flexibility of the robotic loading and unloading system maximises the spindle hours and will support future business growth.
