Jaya Hind Industries Pvt. Ltd., part of the Dr. Abhay Firodia Group, has taken a monumental step in advancing manufacturing technology by installing India’s largest 4400-ton high-pressure die-casting machine at its Urse facility near Pune. Manufactured by Buhler-Switzerland, this machine sets new benchmarks in producing complex aluminum structural components, aligning with the increasing demand from the automotive and electric vehicle (EV) sectors.

The installation of the 4400-ton machine allows Jaya Hind Industries to manufacture a range of critical structural components, including cradles, shock towers, housings, and advanced parts for electric and commercial vehicles.
