BlackHawk Industrial, a distributor of metalworking and critical industrial products, has appointed Marco Morgado as the General Manager of the Northeast Region. This move highlights the company’s commitment to driving growth and enhancing customer service in this key manufacturing area.
With over 30 years of experience in industrial supply, Morgado brings a wealth of knowledge, having held roles in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain sales leadership. His extensive background includes expertise in cutting tools, fasteners, and MRO supplies, and he is recognized for building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration. Morgado’s leadership is expected to significantly contribute to BlackHawk’s continued success in the Northeast region.
Trent Moss, Vice President of Sales – East, expressed confidence in Morgado’s leadership, noting his deep understanding of industrial distribution and his ability to inspire teams. Moss believes Morgado’s appointment will help BlackHawk increase its market share in one of the nation’s top manufacturing regions.
Before joining BlackHawk, Morgado spent nearly five years at Pilot Precision Products, where he led global sales operations and business strategies, positioning the company’s high-performance tools in the market.
In his new role, Morgado will oversee all aspects of operations in the Northeast, focusing on sales, customer service, and team development. He will also drive growth, optimize customer-facing processes, and align the team’s efforts with BlackHawk’s strategic initiatives for increased profitability and operational excellence.
Fluent in both Portuguese and English, Morgado brings a global perspective to his leadership and is committed to fostering collaboration. Outside of work, he is actively involved in volunteer efforts, particularly in Haiti.
As BlackHawk continues its aggressive growth strategy, Morgado’s leadership will be key in expanding the company’s reach and delivering exceptional value to customers across the Northeast and beyond.
