DN Solutions Showcases Advanced Technologies at METALEX 2024 in Bangkok

The PUMA SMX3100L is a versatile multi-tasking machine engineered for the production of long aerospace components, with a maximum machining length of 2,540 mm. This machine stands out due to its ability to perform all operations in a single setup, effectively reducing lead times and eliminating errors typically caused by multiple setups. In addition, the PUMA SMX3100L excels in gear machining, eliminating the need for dedicated gear-cutting equipment, which maximizes both space and tooling efficiency while improving overall productivity.

The DVF 5000 2nd Generation is a high-precision 5-axis machining center, ideal for applications ranging from medical components to parts for the aerospace, automotive, and semiconductor industries. With its robust bed structure and advanced cooling systems, the DVF 5000 ensures long-term accuracy and reliability. The machine is also equipped with integrated automation features, such as an Auto Workpiece Changer (AWC) and round magazine, which streamline operations and increase return on investment by enhancing overall automation.

In addition to showcasing these high-performance machines, DN Solutions recently established a regional subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to better support its Southeast Asian operations.
