Schuler Expands Canadian Presence with New Sales and Service Facility!

Schuler North America has announced the opening of a new sales and service facility in Cambridge, Ontario, under the name Schuler Canada. This new facility, shared with Trade-Mark Industrial, Inc., Schuler’s partner in rigging and plant installation, strengthens Schuler’s presence in Canada, providing Canadian customers with faster access to sales support, spare parts, and maintenance services.

The Cambridge facility features a well-equipped shop floor stocked with essential tools and equipment and houses a dedicated sales and service team. According to Kevin McAllister, president of Schuler North America, this strategic move aims to “deepen partnerships with Canadian customers” by offering enhanced accessibility and faster support. Schuler Canada now has the ability to quote prices directly in Canadian dollars and resolve cross-border issues, such as working visas, that previously complicated service delivery.

Thomas Straus, president and CEO of Trade-Mark, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting that it will create “a one-stop provider for the forming industry’s needs.” This collaboration is designed to deliver unparalleled value and service to Canadian clients.

Additionally, Schuler Canada’s services are available to users of non-Schuler equipment, offering a wide range of lifecycle services that include proactive maintenance, retrofits, modernization, and spare parts for all types of press equipment. This expansion positions Schuler Canada as a comprehensive service provider in the Canadian manufacturing sector, helping local clients streamline operations and enhance productivity.
