ECI Software Solutions has announced the acquisition of ProfitKey International, a leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform for discrete manufacturers. This strategic move aims to enhance ECI’s manufacturing software offerings and further its commitment to supporting businesses in the manufacturing sector. While the financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the acquisition marks a significant step in ECI’s expansion.
