MC Machinery Systems Promotes VP of Sales for Fabrication to Senior Laser Applications Manager

Shane Herendeen has been elevated to fabrication division vice president of sales at MC Machinery Systems Inc. Herendeen began his 20-year manufacturing career as a sales engineer with a Midwest Mitsubishi Laser distributor, then ran his manufacturing consulting firm for several years. He joined MC Machinery Systems 2010 as a fabrication national sales manager and was promoted to North American sales manager in 2015. Herendeen’s new responsibilities include managing an extensive sales staff and dealer network for MC Machinery lasers, press brakes, and automation systems in North America. He also collaborates closely with Mitsubishi plants on R&D, pricing, and ordering, among other things.

“Shane has led our fabrication division during a period of tremendous growth in both sales and technological advancements,” says Bill Isaac, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at MC Machinery. “He has risen to every challenge and proven himself to be an essential part of MC Machinery, both now and in the future.” Herendeen was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Fabricators and Manufacturers Association (FMA) and serves on the FMA’s Fabrication Technology Council. He received a certificate from the Wharton Aresty Institute of Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
