Works Orders is the hub of the system and used for both ‘make to order’ and ‘make for stock.’ Orders are easily raised against quotations without having to manually retype any information, and are controlled through to invoicing. Customer schedules, call offs and KANBAN are easily catered for.

Works Orders can be set up for single components or for products made using either a BOM (Bill of Materials) or an Assembly, depending on your requirements.

Order Acknowledgements can be generated in seconds, ready to email to your customers.

An automatic check against component stocks, when a Works Order is entered, alerts the user avoiding any unintentional over production. Components are easily allocated and delivered from stock without delay whilst maintaining full traceability.
