HFO MANAV Marketing develop in-house turnkey centre at new Bangalore facility

MTDCNC’s Tony Gunn visits Bangalore to see first-hand the fantastic turnkey solutions offered at the new facility for MANAV Marketing, the first company to bring HAAS to India, in 1992! Tony joins expert Naveen Mahadevan to talk about the importance of proven turnkey systems for customers so that machines are up and running the moment they hit the floor. Although HAAS VF-2s and small mills have remained successful, MANAV Marketing took it up a notch and developed an in-house turnkey centre to offer quick and proven solutions for customers who walk in with a part, drawing, or visualization. Customers can come in to test their own programs on the machines in the facility. For customers who have their own teams or operators, the facility offers training to give guidance on processes and machines. Partnering with Air Turbine, MANAV Marketing also provide an additional attachment for main spindles to enable higher RPMs. If you’re looking for reduced cycle times, cost-effectiveness, and a variety in turnkey systems, check out MANAV Marketing.
