Accutex’s latest technology ensure faster, class leading cutting speeds.  The machines long term performance and accuracy is guaranteed by Accutex’s Linear motor drive system on the X & Y axis.

Accutex’s Linear motor system replaces the traditional ballscrew and motor arrangement thus eliminating any backlash or wear that you get over time.  It is a direct drive, closed loop system controlled by a 0.2μm resolution linear glass scale to ensure accuracy. 

The rapid servo response from the linear motor drive system can improve cutting efficiency up to 10% making the machine faster and reducing costs and cutting time.

Accutex’s linear motors have been designed to have low power consumption and keep constant working temperature.
