ONA have a very well established customer base for their Die sink EDM range.
The new ONA Die Sinker machine features a highly rigid mechanical structure constructed of stabilised fine grained cast iron blended with graphite.
In this video we see the new Iris machine which is 600 x 400 in travels but the range goes up to 3000 x 1500.

Direct position measurement by means of linear scales with 0.1 µm resolution.
ONA IRIS machines include a very powerful control with up to 8 simultaneously interpolating axes and volumetric compensation in the entire work area.
