The Pinnacle AX320 5 Axis machining centre is capable of full 5 axis simultaneous machining. The AX Range of 5 Axis machines has been designed to provide market leading 5 axis machining capability. We have a bed size and configuration to suit every application. This range of machines has been designed from the ground up to offer versatility and flexibility. The machine is available with a range of different control systems from Heidenhain, Fanuc or Siemens. This means it can be easily integrated into your existing factory utilising the control system which works best for your specific requirements.

The major structural parts of the machine are manufactured from high quality Meehanite cast iron, tempered for stress relief. The spindle head elevator incorporates a pneumatic type balance system. This minimises the spindle head vibration during moving.

The AX320 has the ability to provide 5 axis synchronised machining. This capability improves machining time reduces repetitive workpiece setup and error, while dramatically increasing machining output and accuracy.
