If you’re looking to machine small prismatic parts then the Almac BA1008 could fit the bill. The 7 axis
machine with 9 driven tools capable of speeds up to 80,000rpm, a programmable B axis for lateral end
working and automatic bar loading available, all go to make the BA1008 a versatile and capable
machine suitable for use in many Micro Machining applications including those normally restricted
to EDM machining processes.
ø16mm standard bar capacity or larger special profiles can also be machined.
